Location Information: According to Android system standards, scanning for nearby Bluetooth (BLE) devices and Wi-Fi networks requires “Location” permissions. Note: The App does not record your GPS coordinates or upload your location data to any server.
Bluetooth Permissions: Used to search for, connect to, and control your local IoT devices.
Wi-Fi and Network Information: Used to scan for device IP addresses (e.g., 192.168.x.x) within your Local Area Network (LAN) for communication and status monitoring.
Device Information: We may read device models and OS versions to optimize App compatibility.
2. How We Use Information The collected information is used solely for the following purposes:
Searching for and establishing connections with local IoT devices.
Providing device control functions (e.g., switches, data readings).
Improving user experience and bug fixes.
3. Information Sharing and Disclosure We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information, location data, or device lists to any third-party organizations. All device communication is conducted within your local network.
4. Data Security We implement standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. Since the App primarily operates in a local environment, we recommend securing your home Wi-Fi with a strong password.
5. Third-Party Services The App may use Google Play Services or Flutter-related packages. These services may collect anonymous information used to identify your device, governed by their respective privacy policies.
6. Your Rights You may withdraw Bluetooth or Location permissions at any time via your phone settings; however, this may result in the App being unable to discover or control your IoT devices.
