2025 Summer Team Trip: Okinawa 🏝
To thank our team for their work and spend time together outside the workplace, MTI arranged a four-day, three-night team trip to Okinawa. The trip gave colleagues time to relax, share experiences and get to know one another better.
Day 1 | Kaohsiung to Okinawa

Travel & Arrival

The trip began with an early morning flight from Kaohsiung to Naha Airport.

Highlights

We explored the stalactites of Gyokusendo Cave, learned about Ryukyuan culture and watched a traditional taiko performance.

We visited Senagajima Yatai Village for food and time by the sea.

Accommodation

That evening, we checked into a hotel in central Naha.

Day 2 | Ocean Expo Park

We visited Ocean Expo Park, explored its well-known aquarium and watched a dolphin show.

Afternoon

In Chatan, we browsed the shops, stopped at cafés and explored the area’s American-influenced streets.

Day 3 | Okinawa’s Cultural Sites

Cultural Visits

We visited the historic Naminoue Shrine and Tenson Temple to learn more about Okinawa’s religious traditions, then spent time in Fukushuen Garden.

Free Time

The afternoon was free for colleagues to explore in small groups, shop, try local food or visit sights at their own pace.

Day 4 | Returning Home

After breakfast at the hotel, we flew back to Kaohsiung. Four days together left us with plenty of shared memories and laughter.
Building Our Workplace Community
MTI continues to invest in a supportive workplace. We plan to organize more activities that help colleagues build trust, feel part of the team and grow together.
